MICE & Corporate Events

Meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions in Europe, with venues, travel and post-event tours.

  • Across 37 countries
  • One point of contact
  • Clear, itemised quotes

Meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions bring together two kinds of work: running an event and moving people. We focus on the second and support the first, so that delegates arrive on time, sleep well, find the venue easily and see something of the city before they leave.

What we arrange

Meetings and conferences

We help you find venues that suit the size and style of the event, from a board meeting in a hotel suite to a conference centre for several hundred people. Around the event we arrange hotel blocks for delegates, airport to hotel transfers, daily shuttles, and the facilities and materials you need on site.

Incentives

Incentive trips reward people, so they should feel special without being complicated. We design programmes that mix free time with a few memorable moments: a private boat on the Seine, a vineyard lunch outside Bordeaux, a day in the Swiss Alps or a dinner in a palace in Vienna.

Exhibitions and trade fairs

Major trade fairs fill hotels fast. We secure accommodation and transport for exhibitors and visitors and can organise client dinners and meetings around the show.

Corporate events

Product launches, team away days, award evenings and anniversaries, with venues, catering partners, transport and entertainment arranged together.

How it works

  1. Brief. Dates, number of delegates, the purpose of the event, the cities you are considering and the budget level.
  2. Proposal. We suggest destinations and venues, hotel options and a draft programme.
  3. Contracting. Once you choose, we hold and contract hotels, transport and services, with deposit and payment dates as set out in your agreement.
  4. Delegate management. We work from your delegate list, manage arrivals and departures and keep track of changes.
  5. On the ground. Our team coordinates transfers and activities during the event and is your contact for anything that changes.

Destinations

Popular destinations include London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow and Edinburgh in the UK; Paris, Barcelona, Madrid, Rome, Milan and Amsterdam; Berlin, Munich and Frankfurt; Vienna, Zurich and Geneva; and Cyprus, Lisbon, Prague and Kraków for groups looking for something a little different.

Who it is for

Companies planning their own events, event agencies looking for a ground partner, associations organising congresses, and HR or sales teams running incentive trips.

Typical requests

  • A three-day sales conference in Lisbon for 150 people, with a gala dinner and a half-day city programme.
  • An incentive for 30 top performers: two nights in Paris and two in the Swiss Alps.
  • Hotel rooms and daily shuttles for an exhibitor team at a trade fair in Germany.
  • A board retreat for 12 at a lakeside hotel near Como, with private transfers from Milan.
  • A partner programme of tours and lunches for spouses accompanying conference delegates.

Why plan the travel with the event

Event teams often find that the hardest problems are not in the conference room. They are a delegate whose flight lands at midnight, a coach that cannot park outside the venue, a hotel block released too early or a dinner venue across town with no plan for getting everyone there. Planning the travel and the event together, with one partner holding the details, removes most of those surprises. It also gives you a single place to make changes when the delegate list moves, as it always does in the final weeks.
