The first hour of a trip often sets the tone for the rest. A driver waiting at arrivals with your name, a clean vehicle with room for the luggage and a calm run into town make a long journey feel shorter. We arrange private transfers across Europe, from a single airport pick-up to the transport for a three-day congress.

What we arrange

• Airport transfers to and from the main airports of the UK and Europe, including London Heathrow and Gatwick, Paris Charles de Gaulle, Amsterdam Schiphol, Zurich, Rome Fiumicino and Barcelona.
• Port and cruise terminal transfers, for example Southampton, Dover, Civitavecchia, Barcelona and Venice.
• Train station transfers, which are especially useful when arriving with heavy luggage at stations such as Paris Gare du Nord or Milano Centrale.
• Point-to-point and intercity transfers, such as Nice to Monaco, Geneva to Chamonix, Naples to Sorrento or Zurich to Lucerne.
• Hourly hire, where a chauffeur stays with you for a few hours or a full day.
• Event and group transport, with shuttles between hotels, venues and dinners.

Our vehicles

The vehicle is matched to the number of passengers and, just as importantly, to the luggage. Our fleet includes saloon cars and Mercedes saloons for one to three passengers, 9-seat Mercedes vans and Vitos for families and small groups, 16- and 19-seat minibuses, and 49-seat coaches for larger groups. All vehicles are air-conditioned and driven by professional chauffeurs. Child seats can be requested when you book.

How it works

1. Send the transfer form with your pick-up and drop-off points, date and time, the number of passengers and the number of large bags. For an airport pick-up, add your flight number.
2. We reply with a quote and the vehicle we suggest.
3. Once you confirm, you receive the details of your transfer and how to find your driver.
4. On the day, your driver meets you, helps with the luggage and takes you door to door. For arrivals we monitor the flight, so a delay does not leave you stranded.

• A day with a driver in Paris, combining Versailles in the morning with an afternoon of shopping.
• A one-way transfer from Zurich to Zermatt, as far as Täsch, where cars stop and the shuttle train takes over.

Good to know

Prices depend on the route, the time of day, the vehicle and waiting time, so every transfer is quoted individually. Please tell us about large items such as golf bags, skis or wheelchairs when you enquire, so we can send the right vehicle.
